Sow thinly direct into a finely raked seedbed at a depth of 13mm in rows 30cm apart. Germination takes 14-18 days. When ready to transplant make holes with a dibber 10-15cm deep, 23cm apart and drop the into each hole then fill it with water to settle soil around the roots. Allow 38cm between rows. To blanch draw up earth to stems as a growth develops,. Leeks do well on moist soils if well prepared.

Click and collect is available at our store in Holsworthy, Devon from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Returns
Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them, if they are unsuitable or no longer required. Simply let us know that you would like to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 14 days to return the product to us.
