An old traditional variety producing flavoursome carrots over a long period. Ideal for boiling, steaming or stir-frying. 1800 seeds per packet
Sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist warm, weed free soil a depth of 13mm in rows about 30cm apart. Germination takes 15-20 days. For table use, carefully thin the seedlings into 50-75mm between plants, if roots are required for exhibition wider spacing is recommended. Crops lifted Septermber to October may be stored in sand in a cool garage. Carrots grow best in a sunny position in a soil not recentmy mnaured.

We offer a local delivery service, using our own fleet of lorries. This is available for delivery locations in Devon, Dorset, Cornwall and Somerset. For select postcodes only: EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR, BS, DT.

Click & Collect
Click and collect is available at our store in Holsworthy, Devon from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Returns
Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them, if they are unsuitable or no longer required. Simply let us know that you would like to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 14 days to return the product to us.
