Excellent for exhibition and for culinary purposes. Long, smooth-skinned roots with considerable resistance to canker. Specially recommended. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner.
Sow thinly into finely raked, warm, moist soil at a depth of 13mm in rows 30cm apart. Thin seedlings tp 15cm between plants. For exhibition purposes sow 3 or 4 seeds in prepared holes previously filled with finely sieved compost. Thin to strongest seedling. Grows best in well cultivated sil which has not recently been manured, otherwise forked roots may occur. Lift roots as required. Frosts sweeten the flavour.

We offer a local delivery service, using our own fleet of lorries. This is available for delivery locations in Devon, Dorset, Cornwall and Somerset. For select postcodes only: EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR, BS, DT.

Click & Collect
Click and collect is available at our store in Holsworthy, Devon from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Returns
Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them, if they are unsuitable or no longer required. Simply let us know that you would like to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 14 days to return the product to us.
