Unusual lemon fragrance and flavour, delicious as a garnish in salads, or used in stir-fries. Easy to grow over a long season, it can even be grown in a pot on the windowsill.
Sow thinly directly into finely raked, moist, warm soil at a depth of 6-13mm. Germination takes 7-14 days. Thin resulting seedlings to 23-80cm between plants removing any competing weeds. Grows best in well cultivated soil in a sunny position. Can be grow as cut & come again salad leaves in containers cropping from 28 days, or as a fully mature plant. Harvest seed when flower head turns brown and hang stems upside down indoors.
