Use green portion of leaves as for spinach. The thick white midribs should be cut into sections, cooked for a few minutes in boiling, salted water, and served separately while still crisp. Crops continuously from July to late autumn. A nutritiious, delicious and ornamental alternative to spinach. (Roots not edible.)
Growing Information
Sow direct outside from mid April to June. Harvest July to mid November.

Local Delivery
We offer a local delivery service, using our own fleet of lorries. This is available for delivery locations in Devon, Dorset, Cornwall and Somerset. For select postcodes only: EX, PL, TA, TQ, TR, BS, DT.
Free local delivery for orders over £300 ex VAT.
Click & Collect
Click and collect is available at our store in Holsworthy, Devon from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Returns
Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them, if they are unsuitable or no longer required. Simply let us know that you would like to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 14 days to return the product to us.
